POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

As of 1st October 2019 Australia Post has updated its shipping rates.
So, now when you go to pay for postage, you will have 2 x regular post options, 2 x express post options and one for Stencils Only.
You can now choose:
STENCILS ONLY EXPRESS POST - AUSTRALIA ONLY - this is for the purchase of stencils only and excludes A4 size stencils sheets.
PARCEL POST - which is regular parcel post ie. snail mail and will take longer to get to you but be generally cheaper that express post
EXPRESS POST -  will get to you pretty quick but you will pay a couple of dollars more
FIXED RATE POST - we still want to give you really great service, so based on our best guestimates of weight versus purchase amount we have found a middle ground to still subsidise the cost where we can (ie somewhere in the middle)

PLEASE NOTE THAT INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE RATES WILL DIFFER FROM THESE OPTIONS HERE

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

-WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL OR VISA/MASTERCARD PAYMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. IF YOU CHOOSE ANY OTHER METHOD YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED 
-Please note that the responsibility lies with the Customer to ensure that the items they purchase are allowed to be imported into the country they are having their order delivered to.
-If you choose Economy mail they will not have tracking and they will arrive at your destination slower than the other options available. Face The Paints does not accept any responsibility for the choices you make.
-Customs may hold parcels at their will for inspection purposes and once again we have no control over this.

*We offer different types of payment methods from PayPal, Stripe and more. However, please note that if you pay via e-cheque or manual bank deposit then we cannot process you order until the e-cheque/bank deposit clears as this is not guaranteed form of by payment, therefore delaying your parcel being posted.
